The Garden Suite
(originally opened 2010) This 4-room suite overlooks our walled garden and has a separate entrance off the pool area. The Suite has a kitchen area, a Queen-size bed in the master bedroom, a full bath and single day bed in the TV room. The Suite is our only unit that may allow pets and the only unit that is open year-round. |

| The Senator's Room (Opened May 2019) Named for former U.S. Senator and Congressman James W. Wadsworth Jr. who lived in the house from 1932-1952. It has a King bed, separate bath and shares our new second floor kitchen where a continental breakfast is served. Now Open April 1 - Dec. 1 |

The Gen. Wadsworth Suite
(Opened May 2019) Named for house builder Civil War General James S. Wadsworth, this suite has over 400 square feet with two Queen beds and a newly remodeled bathroom with large Jacuzzi Air soaking tub and a separate shower stall. It also shares our new second floor kitchen where a continental breakfast is served daily. Open May 1 - Oct 15. |

| The Alice Hay Room
Opened in Sept 2019 after extensive remodeling, including a large new
window on the West wall providing a spectacular view of the Genesee
Valley. Named for Alice Hay Wadsworth, daughter of U.S. Secretary of State John Hay and wife of Sen. James Wadsworth. She was the First Lady of Hartford House from 1932-1962 and made many improvements to the property. This room features a large antique 4-poster Queen-size bed and a large living area. It also has a small private bath with shower and shares our new second floor kitchen where a continental breakfast is served daily. Open May 1 - Oct 15. |

Complete refunds given if you cancel the trip at least 14 days prior to arrival.
You will forfeit some of your deposit if you cancel less than 14 days before stay as follows:
For stays up to 6 nights you forfeit first night charge
For stays of 7-13 nights you forfeit first two nights deposit.
For stays of 14 nights or more you forfeit first 3 nights deposit.
All rates are subject to a total of
11% state & local tax.
Discounted rates are available for
longer stays, week days and when booking multiple units.
Each unit has high speed Internet WiFi and HD TV with cable and Roku.
All guest enjoy access to our swimming pool in season. (Generally June
through September)
The Genesee Volley Tennis & Croquet Club and the Free Soil Vegetable
Farm are also located on the premises.
Arrangements can be made for Historic House tours, farm tours and to
play tennis or croquet.
Guests are encouraged to explore our 70 acre park-like grounds teeming
with wildlife.
It is not unusual to see deer, wild turkeys, foxes, red-tail hawks and
a multitude of other species!
